Stand up paddle and caves on the northern coast of Menorca

Tripadvisor

What to expect?

We find the origins of the Stand Up Paddle Surf in the roots of the Polynesian people. Its recent history begins in Hawaii when surfers start to use this variant in the order they can continue training inside the sea the days without waves and wind.

The stand-up paddle activates the natural reflexes of our body balance, body control and concentration, improving particularly our stem muscles.

We have decided to mix this sport with a visit to the protected natural landscapes of La Mola de Fornells, cliffs and marine caves, inaccessible spots you will discover paddling peacefully, through a calm sea with beautiful crystal clear waters.

Itinerary:

Our tour lasts two hours and is performed by a qualified guide-instructor.

We come out by boat from our base in the Fornells Bay in direction to the famous cliffs, where our SUP activity starts to run rowing around this unspoiled coastal stunning wall, visiting as well two sea caves: Cueva Las Imágenes and Cueva del Inglés, during the activity we will have time to take a swim inside them.

After, to complete this fascinating experience nothing better than a relaxed walk through the charming village of Fornells with beautiful views over the bay and discover its wide gastronomic offer.

Sport and marine nature in their purest form.
