What to expect?
We offer you a one day guided tour of Lanzarote with entrance to the Timanfaya National Park and the Jameos del Agua.
We will start the route on the way to the Montaña de Fuego where you can enjoy the beautiful and incredible views that the journey leaves us with until we reach El Golfo, also known as the Green Lake, a simply unique place.
We will travel through the south of Lanzarote towards the Timanfaya National Park, which is the most visited place on the island of Lanzarote. Also, we will attend the geothermal demonstrations on the islet of Hilario, where the heat of our land is strongly felt. Afterwards, we will take the famous Volcanoes Route inside the national park and have the option of taking a camel ride through Timanfaya (optional).
We will stop for lunch (food not included in the price) in Mancha Blanca, next to the church of Los Dolores, patron saint of the island, or in the village of Yaiza.
Between the Timanfaya National Park and before visiting the Jameos del Agua, we will find La Geria, a unique area in the world because it is covered by vineyards and semi-circular lava walls. La Geria is where most of the best-known wine cellars on Lanzarote are located. Some of these wines have been rated as some of the best in the Canary Islands and even in Spain. Because of this, we stop in the village to taste Lanzarote’s wine.
Once we are in the north of the island, we will stop to contemplate the Valley of a Thousand Palms and the Haría village. The next stop will be Jameos del Agua, an essential place to see during your holiday in Lanzarote. We will visit this natural cave which is located in the north of the island of Lanzarote. This enormous hole generated from different geological transformations, and transformed by the Lanzarote genius César Manrique, is the final part of this tour of Lanzarote.
An excursion full of contrasts, caves and volcanoes!
